They provide comprehensive property and owner information, enabling their clients to discover opportunities, understand markets, and connect with homeowners and businesses. With over a decade of empowering users through their web application, PropertyRadar has been instrumental in helping professionals make informed decisions in the real estate market.
PropertyRadar wanted to begin planning for a more cohesive architecture for its client applications regardless of the device, form factor, or operating system. The current applications worked well but required multiple teams to support development for web, iOS, and Android separately. This was inefficient and required a larger resource pool. We wanted to develop once, with a single team, and have it work across platforms providing a seamless user experience across them all. Recognizing the need to further enhance the user experience, PropertyRadar aimed to rebuild their application for multiple platforms—including Android, iOS, iPadOS, Windows, macOS, Web—using Flutter to ensure a consistent user journey across all devices.
Codelitt partnered with PropertyRadar to collaboratively define and create this new client architecture.
